A grease trap or drain line that is not periodically maintained will eventually clog up causing your floor drains and sinks to overflow. This can cause a disruption of service or worse, yet a facility shutdown.
It is important to understand how the drain system and waste water removal in your facility works. These systems typically include grease traps or grease interceptors, clean outs and of course your drain lines. Grease traps do just that, they trap grease and cooking oils generated during food preparation and prevent most of this grease from escaping through your drain lines and into the sewer system.
Analytical Bio Treatment can clean your drains and sewer lines when it becomes necessary using power snaking and high pressure water jetting techniques. Call the number below to have our professional technicians resolve any backups or blockages and to prepare a preventive maintenance program designed to your specific needs.

A septic tank is an underground sewage-collection system. The tank itself is a watertight container constructed of a sound, durable material resistant to corrosion or decay.
A septic tank works by accumulating solids in the tank, sometimes referred to as sludge. This is done by holding waste water in the tank for at least 24 hours. The scum rises to the top and drains into a leach field and the solids settle to the bottom. Over time some of the solids decompose and some remain.
As you use your septic system, the sludge will accumulate in the tank. Septic tanks usually have enough space for up to three years of safe accumulation. Once the sludge has reached this level the separation of sludge and scum no longer takes place and sewage may overflow. Overflow can be prevented by periodic pumping of the accumulated sludge.
Analytical Bio Treatment suggests checking your septic system annually for leaks and levels of sludge. We are a licensed pumping contractor and will pump your septic tank at a very competitive rate.
